iphone 5 won't send mms

Hello, I just got an iPhone 5. I try to send text messages to a group of people, mainly 3. It keeps saying message not delivered, but some people get it and others don't. Is this an issue with iOS6, iPhone5, or just my phone?  Anyone else having this problem. Oh and I do have MMS on in my settings. Thank you.

  Settings-messages-mms-on also try sending a picture message to yourself to activate your mms with your network provider :)
